A native of South Africa and raised in New York City, Joseph’s background in Fine Art, coupled with conservatory-level training, provides him with a unique artistic foundation that he brings to each project. With over a decade of experience as a custom home builder, Joseph understands the intricate balance between aesthetic vision and practical construction requirements. This blend of expertise ensures each project not only meets the highest standards of craftsmanship but also reflects the individual lifestyle and needs of his clients.

While rooted in classical design principles, Joseph’s approach is highly personalized, with an emphasis on creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional. As the Principal Designer, Joseph works closely with each client to bring their vision to life, ensuring every detail aligns with their preferences and needs.

Joseph is a licensed General Contractor and holds professional memberships with the Interior Design Society (IDS), the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA), and the Natural Stone Institute. He also earned a Certificate in Applied Color from the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID).

Joseph’s work spans across Dallas, the Park Cities, New York, Colorado, and California, where he has had the privilege of collaborating with clients to create custom homes and interiors that are both timeless and tailored to their unique lifestyle. He draws inspiration from Fine Art, unique hotels, great food, Cape Town, Europe, Southern California and New York City.
